Refund policy
Exchanges/returns must be done within 7 days upon customer receiving order.
The item must be returned in its original unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging. Do note that as each item is limited, we may not be able to exchange it. However, we will try our best to assist.
For any exchanges and returns, seller/company must be notified/informed within 24 hours after receiving orders. Please email defect details and attach a clear picture to pippin.n.co@gmail.com to request a refund.
We will then assess the defect and contact you to follow-up.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used, damaged, stained, altered by a third party or by purchaser will not be accepted for return or exchange.
